Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the destination country. The costs that apply to you are, of course, clearly shown in your basket and at checkout before you complete your order.

Where do you ship to?

We ship within Switzerland, across Europe and to the United States, as well as to the rest of the world.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on the destination country. Within Switzerland, you can expect your order to arrive within a few working days. For shipments to other European countries, the United States and elsewhere, delivery takes longer, depending on the distance.

Are there any customs duties or VAT charges?

Orders for delivery within Switzerland are shipped from Switzerland, and orders for delivery within the European Union are shipped from the EU. In both cases, therefore, no customs duties or import charges arise. For deliveries to other countries, customs duties and import charges may be payable, depending on local regulations. These are not included in the stated purchase price and, where applicable, would be payable by you as the recipient.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check its current status on our order status page at any time.

Can I collect my order in person?

Collection is possible by prior arrangement only. Please telephone us to arrange an appointment.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and others) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through our payment provider Stripe.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Card payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment providers, which meets high security standards (PCI-DSS certified).

Returns & Withdrawal
